| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈和实地考察等研究方法对我国高校体育教学现状进行了剖析,理论研究与实证研究相结合,拓展运动的兴起与发展给了我国高校体育教育改革以有益的启示,从中可以窥见高校体育教学改革的发展方向:以素质教育为导向顺应未来社会发展;挖掘体验价值提升高校体育教学效果;重构高校体育课程体系拓展体育教育功能。
