| 摘 要： | 科技文献著作权评估是对传统评估方法的一种扬弃,是随着网络的出现和发展而逐渐凸显的一个重要问题,旨在对科技文献著作权作为一种资产的价值量予以尝试性的量化研究.基于此,本文首先论述科技文献著作权评估,然后对评估依据与标准、评估指标体系搭建以及评估方法进行探讨. |
