| 摘 要： | 世界高等教育发展的历史和经验证明，研究型大学的发展在某个历史时期或阶段必然是跨越式的、赶超型的，其基础是竞争优势的结果。目前我国研究型大学的发展主要是利用比较优势，而真正要实现跨越式发展，必须拥有持久的竞争优势。发展竞争优势是我国研究型大学实现跨越式发展的关键。
