| 摘 要： | 教学型大学占我国高等学校的大多数,它们担负着使我国高等教育走向大众化的历史使命和重任。在面临前所未有的大好发展机遇,它们着力解决发展中问题之时,大多数教学型大学的可持续发展又步入了新的困境:教学与科研、质量与规模、学术权力与行政权力、师德与师能等关键性问题之间矛盾重重。

| Abstract: | Teaching - oriented universities account for most of China's universities and take the responsibility of popularizing higher education in China. Faced with good opportunity for their development and solving problems in their development, the sustainable development of most of these universities falls into new difficulties: there exist many problems and contradictions such as those between teaching and scientific research, quality and size, academic power and administrative power, teachers' morality and ability. |
