| 摘 要： | 学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础,通过价值取向与目标定位的研究,阐明学习型党组织建设应遵循的指导思想、价值取向和目标定位问题,为学习型党组织建设提供理论依据、政策导向、工作路径和考评原则,从而推动和促进马克思主义学习型政党建设取得实效。

| Abstract: | The learning party organization is the foundation to construct Marxist learning party.By studying the value orientation and target location,the paper expound the directive thought,value orientation and target location in the construction of learning party organization,which gives the theory,guiding policy,working path and examination principle for constructing learning party organization,thereby promoting the construction of Marxist learning party. |
