| 摘 要： | 凝聚力是团体心理辅导过程中的核心变量。为了探索团体心理辅导中凝聚力的结构,用开放式问卷初步调查,并对5位团体带领者及6位团体成员深度访谈,用质化方法进行分析。结果发现,团体心理辅导中的凝聚力包含3个纬度:情感纬度——亲密感,认知纬度——认同感,行为纬度——投入度。对编码结果的定量分析发现,团体带领者的编码数显著高于团体成员,说明团体经历与凝聚力体验相关。这为进一步定量探索团体心理辅导中的凝聚力奠定了基础。

The Qualitative Construction of Cohesion Model in Group Counseling |

| Abstract: | Cohesion is a key factor in the group counseling process. This research collected data by open questionnaire survey and indepth interviews in order to explore the structure of cohesion in group counseling,then analyzed the data by qualitative research methods. The result shows that there are three dimensions of cohesion in group counseling,including emotional dimension-intimacy,cognitive dimension-identity,and behavioral dimension-engagement. Furthermore,the result from quantitative analysis of codes shows that the number of codes in group leaders text is more than that in group members,which illustrates group experience is related with cohesion perception. These establish the foundation of further quantitative exploration for cohesion in group counseling. |
