| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、数据分析法，对我国中长跑运动员与外国优秀中长跑运动员的800m、10000m分段成绩进行对比分析。结果表明，绝对速度低、速度耐力差是影响我国中长跑成绩提高的主要因素。

| Abstract: | This article made an analysis on comparing the section performance of 800m, 10000m running between Chinese athletes of middle,long distance running and the famous athletes in foreign countries by the methods of literature and mathematics. That can be concluded that the lower level of absolute speed and speed endurance were main factors of influncing the performance of Chinese middle,long- distance running. |
