| 摘 要： | 就业是民生之本、和谐之源，是老百姓安居乐业的前提。目前，我国的就业形势十分严峻，就业压力十分沉重。因此在关注民生、构建和谐社会的过程中要突出对就业问题的重视，实施积极的就业政策，着眼于发展来解决就业问题。
