| 摘 要： | 高校行政人员的绩效管理是高校人才队伍管理与建设的重要组成部分。通过对目前高校行政人员绩效管理工作的现状和存在问题的分析,提出了构建高校行政人员绩效管理体系需进行深入细致的职位分析,制定切实可行的绩效目标与科学有效的考评办法,并有效运用考评结果等举措,以期不断完善高校人事制度改革,推动高校整体办学目标的顺利实现。
