| 摘 要： | 地方高校要坚持科学发展观,就有必要处理好办学规模、教学质量、专业结构和办学效益协调发展的关系。规模的发展应该与学校类型和办学目标相适应;质量的提高应该着眼于以人为本,培养具有综合素质的人才;结构的调整应该综合考虑学校办学的专业设置及办学层次;办学效益应该多方面评价,立足于在加大投入的前提下培养出更多高质量和最具适应能力的人才。

| Abstract: | Local universities must cope better with harmonious- development relationship between school scale, teaching quality, specialty structure and benefit so that they can stick to the scientific outlook on development. The development of scale should match the school types and school- running aim, and the improvement of quality should be aimed for the development of talent with integrated qualities on a human- oriented basis, and restructuring should be made in line with the setup of school- running specialty and school- running level, and school- running benefit should be assessed in numerous ways, which should be based on the premise of increasing funds so as to develop more and better talents with higher quality and more adaptable ability. |
