| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚TAFE体系作为国际上较成功的教育模式之一，有许多突出特点。认真研究借鉴TAFE模式经验对发展我国高职教育、拓展高职院校的社会服务职能特别是探索建立市民培训机制具有重要意义。在分析TAFE模式的突出特点和可借鉴性意义的基础上，以广州为例，对TAFE模式启示下建立以高职院校为平台的广州市民培训机制进行可行性论证。

| Abstract: | The Australian TAFE system, as one of the successful vocational education models in the world, provides valuable experience for developing higher vocational education in China in order to promote social services of higher vocational colleges, and especially to establish an effective public training system. Taking Guangzhou as an example, this paper mainly discusses the feasibility of establishing a higher-vocational-college-based public training system on the basis of analyses of the features and inspirations of the TAFE system. |
