| 摘 要： | 为了提高全体学生的整体素质，我国基础教育提出了“研究性学习”这一新的教学模式，对此模式中小学教师普通到陌生和困难，作为培训中小学教师的教学学院，有义务帮助他们了解研究性学习，克服困难，全面提高自身素质，尽快适应这一新的教学方式。
