| 摘 要： | 清代卫所的主要职能为屯田与漕运，另有民事，教育，司法和军事等附属职能，清代的卫所职能来自于明朝，为了确保卫所功能的正常发挥，清政府制定了较为严密的规制，对清代社会的稳定发展起到了积极作用。

| Abstract: | The function of the Weisuo in the Qing Dynasty lied in its economic dut ies, including opening up farmlands and water-transportation with a secondary f unction of handling affairs in civil, education, administration of justice and a rmy. The Qing government formulated rigorous rules to ensure those functions co uld be brought into play and made some adjustments respectively in accordance wi th the situation and necessity. And this was of great positive significance to the stable development of the Qing society. |
