论城市化进程中农民工的“三德”教育

摘    要:目前,农民的生活方式、道德观念、价值取向正处于由传统向现代、由农村向城市过渡的转型时期,其“三德”(社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德)建设表现出明显的矛盾性、复杂性与不适应性,导致角色错位与冲突,造成诸多社会问题的频繁发生,必须引起全社会的高度重视。加强城市化进程中的农民工“三德”教育是城市化进程中迫切需要解决的一个重大而艰巨的难题,更是公民道德建设所面临的新任务。

Abstract:At preseat, it is a turning peried of transition from tradition to modernity, from courtry to city for the farmer workers' life styles, moral ideas and value orientation. The "Three Morals"(the social morality, professional morality and family morality) construction displays obvious contradiction, complexity and unfitness, which lead to role dislocation and confliction and cause a number of social problems. It should be highly warned by the whole society. It is a crucial and difficult problem that needs to be solved urgeutyly in the progress of citilization to strenghen the farmer workers "Three Molds" education. Furthermere, it is a new task to confront in citizen moral construction.
