高校教务员专业化的内涵与路径探索

摘    要:摘要作者认为.教务员专业化发展是高校教务员队伍建设的方向,是提高高等教育教学质量的需要。教务员专业化有两层涵义.即教务员个体专业化和教务员职业专业化。在此基础上.作者从内在要求和外部机制两个方面探讨了教务员专业化的建设路径。

Abstract:The author believes that professional development of academic staff members of colleges and universities ranks the direction of the senate, is to improve the teaching quality of higher education needs. Specialization senate has two meanings, that is, the individual academic staff members of professional and academic career specialization.
