| 摘 要： | 影响大学生就业的众多因素中,家庭结构无疑起了举足轻重的作用。经调查分析独生子女与非独生子女的就业意向在工作地域、工作性质、家庭赡养、个人薪酬等方面存在明显差异。这一现象揭示了我国大学生就业去向的配套政策上存在薄弱环节,家庭结构对大学生就业意向存在明显影响。
