| Abstract: | Through years of teacher in charge of a class,it could be concluded that imparting knowledge,educating people and being a model of virtue for others is arduous and honorable.The main methods are to explore oneself＇s inner character,mutual understanding between teachers and students,to put striction,reality,attentiveness and intimateness to use,which can receive good results. |
