| 摘 要： | 随着国际海运的发展,散货船运输在海上货物运输中起着越来越重要的作用。近年来随着散货运输量的日益增加,散货船事故也随之增加。其中船舶强度是影响散货船安全的主要因素之一。本文主要讨论船舶的局部强度对散货船安全运输的影响。

| Abstract: | With the development of international shipping,bulk carriers transportation plays an increasingly importation role in the maritime transportation.As bulk cargo transportation is increasing in recent years,however,the accident occurs frequently.The major factor is the safety of hull structural strength of bulk carrier.We must ensure that the ship longitudinal strength also meets the requirements with the local strength.This article places emphasis on the local strength of bulk carriers. |
