摘    要:案例教学是一种十分有效的教学方法,能够提高学生的实践能力,培养学生的创造性思维。但是,熟练地运用案例教学是一个比较复杂的过程,对教师提出了更高的要求。本文尝试把案例教学引入跨文化商务交际课程中,就课前案例的选择、课上案例的呈现和讨论、课后的总结和评价等方面进行了探讨,旨在提高学生的跨文化交际能力,培养实用性人才。

The Application of Case Study Approach in Teaching "Intercultural Business Communication"

Abstract:As an effective teaching method,the case study approach could improve students' practical ability and foster their creative thinking.However,to put it into application is rather complex and demanding for teachers.This paper attempts to introduce the case study approach into the classroom of intercultural business communication,probing into various teaching aspects concerning the selection of cases before the class,the presentation and discussion of them during the class,and the summary and evaluation after the class,with the objective of improving students' intercultural communication competence.
