| 摘 要： | 我国现行的社会管理体制建立在传统的高度一元化的社会管理模式基础上,从总体上看,仍然存在诸多问题。本文以推进社会管理体制改革先行先试的对策为主题,借鉴国外社会管理的先进经验,在社会管理体制的目标、社会管理主体、和谐社区与和谐村镇社会管理体制、城市流动人口社会管理体制、社会管理绩效考核机制诸方面提出了具体策略,以求有助于推动当前社会管理理念更新、社会管理工作创新,有效地指导社会管理者的工作实践。
