浅析职业学校教育效能的分类及其保障方法

摘    要:教育效能是教育活动过程本身所具有的资源、产出、效益和功能及作用的客观属性。在教育管理活动中,教育效能是全部管理活动的关键问题,也是教育管理效益的基础。本文针对职业学校的特殊属性对其教育效能的全面获得分为三个维度来看,一是从职业学校本身的课程效能来看,二是从职业学校要满足的利益相关者的期待来看,三是着眼于培养未来人才的维度,简要对其进行介绍,并就每种维度要实现教育效能的获得提出保障方法。

On Classification of Education Effectiveness and Grantee Method in Vocational School

Abstract:Education effectiveness is the objective attributes produced during the education process through the combination of resources,outputs,effectives and functions.It plays a vital role in educational management process which is based on the effectiveness of education.Based on the special attributes of vocational schools,the essay analyzed the method of obtaining education effectiveness from three aspects: firstly,from the concept of education effectiveness in vocational schools;secondly,from the expectation of the shareholder of vocational schools;and thirdly,from the aspect of training the future talent.Besides,the grantee methods for each aspects are put forward.
