一种多维度的学生网上评教方法

摘    要:通过对当前学生评教体系的分析,提出一种多维度的学生评教的方法。在横向上,教师能够判断本学期的教学质量与自身前三年相比是否进步,能够判断本学期和上学期问卷中每一个对应指标的得分差异,使教师能够根据问卷指标有针对性的改进。在纵向上使教师了解自身在本学期全校的排名比例。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the current student evaluations of teaching system,the paper proposed a multi-dimensional student evaluations of teaching methods.In the horizontal,the teacher can judge the quality of teaching this semester by the previous three years,and can determine the questionnaire scores between the corresponding indicators from the semester and last semester.So the teacher can be improved according to the questionnaire indicators.In the vertical,the teacher can understand his rank in the proportion of the whole school this semester.
