| Abstract: | Knowledge-sharing is necessary conditions of developing high-tech industry clusters and the driving force for sustained innovation.Based on the knowledge activities rule of high-tech industry clusters,the article constructed a theoretical model of knowledge value chain,analyzed knowledge-sharing process of cluster and discussed influencing factors to knowledge-sharing effect.The purpose is to provide some active theoretical exploration for the knowledge management of high-tech industry clusters. |
