| 摘 要： | 在高职院校，行政部门在校园化建设中居于重要地位，要充分发挥其在校园化建设中的作用，必须根据行政部门的不同职责确定岗位的化层次，优化行政部门人员的化素质结构，强化行政管理部门人员的化素质修养，以早日适应高职院校校园化建设新形势的需要。

| Abstract: | In vocational college,the administrative elepartment occupies an important position in campus culture construction.In order to give full play to it,we must determine the post culture level in accordance with the various duties of administrative department and coordinate the structure of administrative staff's cultural quality and strengthen cultural quality of administrative staff,so as to adapt to the new situation of campus culture in the vocational college. |
