摘    要:班主任是班级管理的客体,班级管理效果的好坏取决于客体的管理水平。其中班级计划的制定和总结的撰写是班级管理的两个基本环节。文章在多年的班主任实践基础上比较系统地介绍了班主任如何制定班级计划和撰写总结。

Abstract:The teacher in charge of a class and students are object and subject in class management.What separates successful class management from unsuccessful class management is the teacher's management ability.Making a class plan and summing up experience are the tow basic links in a chain of class management.This paper gives a systematic introduction of how to make class plan and how of sum up experience.
