| 摘 要： | 班主任是班级管理的客体，班级管理效果的好坏取决于客体的管理水平。其中班级计划的制定和总结的撰写是班级管理的两个基本环节。文章在多年的班主任实践基础上比较系统地介绍了班主任如何制定班级计划和撰写总结。
