| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校教学管理工作的深入改革和发展与不断地学习先进的教育理念,提升管理水平是密不可分的。这一方面体现在积极行动起来,把以人为本的管理信念通过细化的管理服务工作落到实处,增强教师的归属感和责任心;另一方面,将始终坚持主动服务学生的管理理念深入到教学管理工作的每个细小环节。

| Abstract: | The deep innovation and further development of teaching management in higher vocational colleges can’t be achieved without the promotion of management level and continual study for the advanced education approach.It is due to the fact that,on one hand,the work staff in teaching affairs take active action and carry out the people-oriented manager’s belief carefully through the detailed management service work,which improve the teachers’ sense of belonging and responsibility;On the other hand,all the staff plant the manager’s belief of serving the students actively into every tiny aspect in teaching management work. |
