| 摘 要： | 在对新时期女大学生心理特征进行分析的基础上，通过对排球专项班学生学习动机和兴趣的调查。探讨适应女大学生特点的排球教学方法，指出在排球专项班教学中应努力激发学生积极的学习动机，掌握好直接兴趣和间接兴趣的辩证关系，合理安排教学内容和评价标准，提高排球专项课的教学质量，使学生真正认识排球锻炼的价值和意义，并终身受益．

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of psychological characters of modern female college students and survey of motor,interest and hobby of volleyball class students, the volleyball teaching methods suitable for female students were discussed in this paper. It points out that, during volleyball learning and teaching, positive learning motor of students should be inspired, dialectical relation between direct and indirect interests should be in good control,teaching content and evaluation criterion should be reasonably established and teaching quality of volleyball class should be improved to make students really realize value and significance of volleyball training and attain lifelong benefit thereupon. |
