教师间交往的现实意义及促进策略

摘    要:教师问交往是以教师个人的品质修养、智慧才能、情感体验、社会观念、人生价值和行为规范等作为信息而进行的人际之间的交流过程。教师间交往有利于教师个人素质的提高和完善,有利于良好教师集体的形成,有利于综合化教学课程的实现,有利于班集体的全面建设,有利于和谐校园的建设。为促进教师间的交往,教师们应把交往作为一种高层次的心灵沟通,并真诚关爱同事,在交往过程中建立一种朋友式的平等对话关系。学校应建立教师交流合作的平台和机制,使班主任与任课教师间、同学科教师问、不同年级或不同学科教师间、学校领导者和教师间相互协调,共同进步。

Abstract:Communication among teachers is an information exchange between interpersonal process,based on the quality of teachers in individual self- cultivation, intellectual ability, emotional experience, social values, human values and norms of behavior. Communication among teachers is beneficial to improving the quality of individual teachers, forming a good group of teachers, achieving an integrated approach to curriculum, building a class group in an all - round way, building a harmonious campus. In order to accelerate the communication among teachers, the teachers should regard such communication as a very high level of between the minds, as well as sincerely care their colleagues to establish a equal dialogue as the style between friends during the communieation process. Also, the schools should establish the plafforms and mechanisms for the exchanges and cooperation among the teachers, so that it can make coordination and common progress between the head teachers and specialized teachers, between school leadership and teachers, between the specialized teachers of the same subject, between the teachers in different grades or different subjects.
