| 摘 要： | 体育彩票业是我国体育产业链条中的重要一环,也是我国竞技体育、社会体育事业发展的可靠保证。本文介绍了体育彩票的性质、特点;目前存在的主要问题;并依据这一现状,对体彩带来的社会效应提出质疑。要真正改善彩票的福利公平,需要更多高经济层次的彩民,更多的低经济层次的彩票公益金受益者。

| Abstract: | Sports lottery is an important part of Chinese sports industry chain, is also the reliable guarantee for the development of our competitive sports, social undertakings of physical culture and sports. This paper introduces the properties and characteristics of sports lottery, and the existing problems. According to the status quo, the study questions be the social effects of sports lottery. To really improve the lottery welfare fairness, it is needed for more high economic level of punters, more low economic level of lottery ticket public welfare fund beneficiaries. |
