| 摘 要： | 大力发展农村文化设施是社会主义新农村建设的重大任务，也是广大农民群众提高自身文化素养的必然要求。纵观陕西农村文化设施建设的现状，情况不容乐观。今后，陕西应将县级图书馆建设作为农村文化设施建设的龙头，将乡镇文化站、图书室作为农村文化设施建设的纽带，将农村文化活动中心建设作为农村文化设施建设的基础。
