| 摘 要： | 北京奥运场馆建设存在着投资金额大、周期长和收益无法确定等特点，使得赛后场馆的运营风险防范措施成为人们日益关注的问题。为了避免奥运场馆在赛后给政府财政或项目承担人带来过大的风险，赛前场馆建设投资体制和赛后场馆经营策略就显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | There are some characters such as a large sum,a long investment period and incertitude income in Olympic Sports Ground and Gym or Stadium,so the running risk precaution after the Olympic Games is concerned increasingly by people.The investment mechanisms and modes before building and running them marketed after building are very important in order to prevent the large risk of Olympic Gym Stadium and relative facilities after building for government finance and project undertakers. |
