摘    要:中央企业在多民族地区开展财务人才的培育有着多方面的理论和实践意义,也有着多方面的困难.可以从利用中央企业自身的文化和人才资源,引进现代技术、理念,尊重民族文化,围绕员工利益,以改善员工综合素质为目标开展好财务人才的培育.

Abstract:Financial personnel training of the central corporations in minority regions have various significances in theory and practice,and also have many difficulties.We can fully use the central enterprise itself culture and human resources,and the introduction of modern technology,the concept of ethnic culture,in order to improve employees' comprehensive qualities based on employees' benefit.
