| 摘 要： | 高师教育实习对师范生的培养起着重要作用.本文结合工作实际,以学生的亲身体会和经历为例,深入分析和论证了教育实习对实习生从业能力的提高,良好师德的培养,处理人际关系能力以及组织管理能力四个方面所起的作用,以其引起人们对实践环节的重视.
