| 摘 要： | 从产权涵义分析出发，对国有企业制度的弊端进行简要分析，提出了国有产权有益分解与有机统一的看法及思路，并对实现产权分解操作制度进行了有益的探讨，如构建双重委托、代理关系，建立有效的约束激励机制等等。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the connotation of property right, this paper discusses the irregularity of state-owned enterprise system, proposes that both disassembling and unifying the state-owned property right should be beneficial. It also suggests different ways, such as, establishing dual consignment and agency partnership, setting up effective restriction & stimulation mechanism, to implement state-owned property right's disassembling. |
