| 摘 要： | 在中职学校体育课教学中培养学生对体育活动的兴趣不仅是完成教学任务的前提,也是为学生今后的身体健康打下良好的基础。合理开发学生学习的内在潜质、有效培养学生的体育爱好、提高学生的体育能力、并与其他学科有效地结合,促进学生全面发展。针对中职学校学生的特点,找出潜在于学生心底的体育竞技因素,对其进行研究和利用,通过兴趣培养把学生吸引到体育锻炼中来。

| Abstract: | In the teaching of physical education in secondary vocational schools,training students’ interest in sports is not only the premise of completing the teaching task,but also lays a good foundation for the health of the students in the future.We should make rational development of inherent potentials of student learning and effectively train the physical hobbies for students and improve the physical ability of the students and effectively integrate with other disciplines to promote the overall development of the students.Aiming at the characteristics of the students in secondary vocational schools,we should find out the athletic factors latent in the heart of students and make a study and use of it and attract the students to physical exercise through the cultivation of interest. |
