| 摘 要： | 人权观在中国是人权理念历史演进的承载，它不同于西方，有着自身独特的表达方式。和谐社会的内涵与人权理念的价值诉求相契合，要求将人权价值诉诸实践，是人权观在现时代的表达。和谐社会的构建主体包括政府主体与社会主体，两方面主体都在构建过程中体现出人权观对自身的塑造。和谐社会自身又包括人与自然和谐、人与人和谐，两方面内容同样承载着人权观的表达。

| Abstract: | In China, the view of human rights is the succeeding of the historic human rights concept, with unique way of expression which is different from that in the West. The correspondence between the connotation of harmonious society and the requirement of human rights value concept requires the implementation of human rights value, which is the modern view of human rights. The principal part in the construction of harmonious society includes the principal parts of the government and the society, both of which embody the self molding of the view of human rights in the composing process. The harmonious society itself also includes the harmony between man and the nature, and the harmony between individuals, both contents equally bear the expression of the view of human rights. |
