| 摘 要： | 高师生教学能力水平低下是高师教育中的“痼疾”，究其原因，主要与高师教育专业课程设置与教学不合理，教师引导不力，教育实践环节薄弱等密切相关，因此，改革教育专业课程体系与教学，优化教师教学能力训练模式，强化教育实践，从而提高高师生的教学能力，是高师教育改革中的重点。

| Abstract: | The low teaching abilities of the students is the major problem to the senior normal college' education. It is mainly due to the unreasonable curriculum and teaching of pedagogy, unsuccessful guide from the teachers, low efficiency of practice of education and so on. Hence, it is the emphasis of the senior normal college' education reform to reconstruct the system of the specialized courses of pedagogy, optimize the teachers' training pattern of teaching abilities, reinforce the practices of education. |
