| 摘 要： | 经济管理类高等教育师资队伍建设在数量有所增长的同时，也面临着师生结构过高，职称学历结构偏低，学科专业结构失调，布局结构失衡等结构性矛盾。整体优化经济管理类专业师资队伍结构，要广开才路，延揽人才，强化培训，提升层次，培养学科带头人，提高水平，加强管理，扩大开放。

| Abstract: | While there has been an increase in number of the teachers, the faculty construction in economic colleges is still faced with some structural contradictions such as improper ratio of teachers to students, low academic titles and degrees, structural dislocation of subjects and specialties, imbalance of distribution, and etc. In order to optimize the structure of the faculty in economics colleges, the essay suggests, all avenues should be opened for people of talent; faculty training be strengthened; subject leading talent be fostered; management be reinforced and the whole school be further open to the outside world. |
