| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the great significance and dilemma of collaborative innovation for postgraduate cultivation between academician work-station and colleges and universities and then put forward some feasible solutions in order to make the best of the potential of academician work-station in postgraduate cultivation,promote high-end talent cultivation and accomplish national the rejuvenation through human resources development. |
