| 摘 要： | 为了提高高校图书采购决策的合理化与科学性，发挥图书馆的价值与效益，本文建立了高校图书采购模糊层次评价模型，将图书采购环节的图书科研分配和年度流通率作为准则层。通过三角模糊隶属函数与层次分析方法结合形成图书采购评价模型，从而判定图书采购的合理性。通过实例分析验证该算法能够为高校图书采购资金分配提供良好的技术支持。

| Abstract: | In order to improve university libraries ’ rational purchasing decisions and the value and benefits of the library,this research established a fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model for book purchase, which took the research book purchasing and annual flow rate as the criterion layer in book purchasing link. Then it established an evaluation model for book purchasing, which combined the triangular fuzzy membership function with the hierarchical analysis method in order to determine whether the purchase is reasonable. Certain tests indicate that the algorithm can really help university libraries with their allocation of funds, and thus provide a good technical support in their work. |
