创新型人才培养背景下高校人文素质教育模式的创新与转变

摘    要:培养创新型人才是高等院校人才培养的根本目标,而人文素养的高低是创新型人才的一项判断标准。因此,高等院校的人文素质教育应围绕创新型人才培养,创新人文素质教育模式。本文通过对人文素质教育现状进行调查,研究影响高校人文素质教育效果的因素,归纳创新型人才培养所需的人文素质教育关键环节,形成更加适合培养创新型人才的人文素质教育模式。

Abstract:The cultivation of innovative talents is the fundamental goal of higher education, and humanistic literacy is a standard to judge the innovative talents. Therefore, humanistic quality education in colleges and universities should focus on the cultivation of innovative talents and the construction of this kind of teaching models. This article, based on an investigation of the situation of humanistic quality education, analysed the influencing factors of and the needs for humanistic quality education in our colleges and universities first, and then, put forward a more suitable model for the cultivation of creative talents with humanistic qualities.
