ISO9000视角下研究生学术道德教育的探析

摘    要:ISO9000族标准作为一种现代管理思想,将其引入研究生学术道德教育是具有现实意义的。研究生学术道德质量管理体系的构建主要包括四方面内容:一是加强体系制度建设;二是以过程控制为基础进行科学管理;三是强化质量监控机制;四是建立持续改进的长效机制。运用ISO9000必将对规范研究生学术行为、提高研究生培养质量、保障研究生教育可持续发展产生积极影响。

Abstract:ISO9000 standards are about modern management. It is of practical significance to incorporate ISO9000 standards into the academic ethical education of postgraduates. In addition to strengthening the quality-monitoring system,the establishment of postgraduate academic ethics system also includes institutional development,scientific management based on process control and a long-term mechanism for continuous improvement. The application of ISO9000 is bound to exert positive effects on the regulation of the academic behaviors of the students ,improve their education ,and ensure the sustainable development of postgraduate education.
