| 摘 要： | 法学教育是培养法律人才、建设法治社会的重要途径,直接关系到法治建设的进程。开放大学法学教育是法学教育体系中的有机组成部分,由于开放大学特殊的历史使命,开放大学的法学教育在重构人们法律认知的同时,肩负着宣传弘扬法治、树立法律信仰、培养公民法治意识和提高法律职业者法学素养的社会责任。

| Abstract: | Law education is to train legal professionals,enhance the rule of law,and is directly related to the construction of the legal system. The Open University＇s law education is an organic part of our law education system. Due to its special historical mission,the Open University＇s law education shoulders the responsibility of increasing people＇s legal awareness,promoting the rule of law,establishing legal belief,and improving the legal personnel＇s quality and sense of duty. |
