摘    要:目的:观察医护人员对CRF病人采取膳食干预,为病人设计食谱,指导病人就餐方式和内容,观察其对临床疗效的影响。方法:对120例CRF病人随机分成干预组65例,对照组55例进行比较性研究。结果:干预组主食、肉类、蛋类、蔬菜、水果等各类食物的摄入量明显高于对照组(P<0。01),供热比例及蛋白质来源比例亦较对照组更趋合理,饮食治疗后其主要临床指标GFR、SCR除CRF第Ⅳ期两组间差别无显著性意义外(P>0.05),其余各期均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:对CRF病人采取膳食干预,医护人员为病人设计食谱,指导病人就餐方式和内容,能更合理地增加各类营养素的摄入量,改善营养状况,提高临床疗效。

Abstract:Aims: Through the diet design and directions for CRF patients, doctors can find its clinical curative effect. Ways: 120 CRF patients are divided into two groups randomly, 65 for the interference group, 55 for the contrastive group;they are made a contrastive study of Result: The absorption of main food such as meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits in first group is higher than the other (p<0.01). The heating rate and the protein absorbing rate become more reasonable. After the diet curement, the main numbers of GFR, SCR except CRF, appear obvious difference. Conclusion: Through the diet interference, doctors can help patients absorbing more nutrition, improve their nutrition condition and clinical curative effect.
