| 摘 要： | 当前，译界对“翻译”的指称争议较大，究其根源在于该词内涵丰富、外延包容。本文反思了翻译界对翻译一词的使用，从语义、翻译本体、翻译研究本体、翻译学科和翻译研究走向五个层面澄清了翻译领域对于翻译范畴的模糊认识，对争议较大的翻译本体和翻译研究本体给出了重新的界定，对翻译学科的已有定位进行了新的审视，对翻译研究的发展方向予以了剖析，展望了其发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The word ＂translation＂ is complex in its connotation and encomlbassing in its denotation, thus causing quite a discordance among translation studies researchers. This article reflects upon the present use of the word ＂translation＂, clarifies five facets of the translation conception： semantic facet, translation proper, translation studies proper, translation studies as a discipline and the trend of translation studies. It redefines the controversial concepts of ＂translation proper＂ and ＂translation studies proper＂, reviews the existing discipline of translation studies and points out the inclinations of translation studies. |
