| 摘 要： | 本文从明确办学定位，优化学科专业配置与建设，培育青年教师；优化与改革课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和手段，创新人才培养机制；构建与完善教育教学质量内外部监督评估制度等方面，提出了推动本科教育教学质量的保障与提升实现本科人才培养目标的具体措施。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes the detailed measures to promote the quality of undergraduate teaching to realize the goal of the undergraduate education from optimizing subject and professional configuration and construction,fostering young teachers, optimizing the course reform system, teaching content, teaching methods and means,innovating talented person cultivation mechanism, constructing and perfect the internal and external su- pervision of education teaching quality evaluation system. |
