| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)是国际贸易中新兴的一类贸易限制性措施,已对我国进出口贸易特别是出口贸易构成重大影响,这一方面是由于我国出口产品的标准不能符合国外要求,另一方面也是因为各国TBT措施的复杂性和过于苛刻的标准。目前,我国已成为世界贸易组织的正式成员国,名目繁多的TBT措施将成为影响21世纪我国出口贸易发展的重要因素,因此有必要对TBT对入世前后的中国贸易之影响作比较研究。

| Abstract: | Technical Barrier to Trade (TBT) is a kind of newly appeared trade-limited measures in the course of international trade. It has greatly influnced China's foreign trade especially the export. One reason is that the standards of our exporting-products can't meet the demands of other countries, and the other is the complexity and strictness of the standards of other countries. Now, we have been into WTO for one year, and all kinds of TBT-measures will become the important factor influencing our exporting-trade greatly in the 21st century. So, it's very necessary for us to study comparatively the influence of the TBT on China's foreign trade before the entry of WTO and after. |
