| 摘 要： | 随着高等学校的扩招，高等教育规模迅速扩大，人们越来越重视高等教育的质量问题，而人才的质量是高等学校生存的生命线。如何提高高等教育的质量，培养高素质人才，文章认为，首先，要正确处理好办学效益和遵循教育规律、质量和数量、教育质量和素质教育的关系；其次，要从教育观念的转变、改善教学资源配置人才培养的基本规格、构建人才培养新模式、加强师资队伍建设和加强教学管理等方面深化教育改革。

| Abstract: | With expanding students enrolment, the scale of higher education is expanding rapidly. People are more and more taking importance to the quality of higher education. And the quality for person of talent is the most important to the university. How to improve the quality of higher education and educate highly qualified talent , the writer thinks that we should handle the profit for running school and following the law of education correctly , quantity and quality, education quantity and education quality first. Second, we should deepen education reforms. Based on changing our ideas about education, improving the resources for education, setting up the new pattern for training person of talent, strengthening the building of a contingent of teachers and the teaching management. |
