| 摘 要： | 在全球化、信息化的时代背景下,随着信息技术和互联网的快速发展,全球各民族、国家之间的政治、经济、文化的联系和交往不断加强,这对于教育者和受教育者在内的所有人而言,全球化已经成为我们所处时代的知识语境和文化语境。简而言之,不了解共有知识语境及文化语境,人与人、国与国之间将不能进行顺畅的沟通。语言是沟通的最重要手段,英语的世界语地位更是不能忽视,在这个大前提下,英语文化素养的缺失,将使以英语为基础的语言交流受到阻碍。因此,提高学生特别是中学生的英语文化素养,是适应全球化、信息化时代发展必然要求。

| Abstract: | Against the background of globalization and informatization,with the rapid development of information technology and the internet,the communication of politics,economy and culture among countries is expanding,which means that globalization has become this era＇s knowledge and cultural context to all the people,teachers and students included.In a word,if you are unfamiliar with these common contexts,the communication among people and countries is impossible.As language is the most important tool of communication and English is a very universal language,the lack of English cultural attainments will block the communication.Therefore,it is imperative for students,especially middle school students to improve the cultural attainments in order to adapt to the development of globalization and information technology. |
