| Abstract: | With Jiangsu coastal development strategy propulsion,talent development problems appeare gradually in Lianyungang district.This paper analyzes talent resources situation of Lianyungang,systematically summarizs the existing current problems in the human resources and puts forward a series of policy suggestions to ensure the implementation of the strategy. |
